GMLC / SMLC
Oksijen GMLC takes on the main hub functionality of our LBS solution for operators, where the communication between third party LCS Clients, other operator GMLCs, Satellite Assistance Data Feed Servers, SMLC and Mobile Network takes place.
On Control Plane, Oksijen GMLC may be bundled with
Oksijen SMLC
another vendor SMLC
or may operate as a platform having embedded SMLC on it.

On User Plane, Oksijen GMLC may act as a SUPL Location Platform that can exchange location determination messages between terminal(s) over established IP connection. It can also supply Assistance Data Retrieved from World Wide Reference Network (WWRN) to terminals during the usage of AGPS positioning method.

By means of its patented, novel algorithms; besides the common industry wide positioning methodologies, Oksijen SMLC performs variety of positioning methods on control plane to give best accurate position value.

Oksijen SMLC can also supply Assistance Data Retrieved from World Wide Reference Network (WWRN) to terminals during the usage of AGPS positioning method.
